I have tried all of the options listed above, and nothing is working.
My backlit worked until it prompted me for an update last night, now it is not working. Now the keyboard lights up on start or restart, but then stops. It was working on my Inspiron LS and timing out perfectly until hidden brain host. Does anyone know how to have this feature remain on ALL the time instead of timing off. I had backlighting and no longer have it so I am therefore sure it came with it. That was the problem! I took the keyboard off and checked the connection underneath and it was not tight.Īll works now. Any other suggestions?
